how are things right now?

I genuinely can’t believe that a 27-year habit has essentially disappeared.

One of the main applications of hypnosis is to dissolve unwanted habits. Habits can include both consumption habits (alcohol, nicotine, vaping, unhealthy eating) or automatic behaviours that we find ourselves doing in particular contexts that lead to consequences that we know aren't good for us or other people.Habits rarely change using willpower. The reason being that often the person is unaware of the "trigger" that initiates the habit in the first place. These unconscious triggers initiate the sequence of internal events that culminate in the unwanted thought or behaviour. This happens so quickly though that before we know it, the behaviour has happened. The other main use of hypnosis is creating the context for negative past experiences to be resolved, cleared, and integrated into one's life properly so that you can really live your fullest without that past event holding you prisoner.Or perhaps there is something else you would like to work on. Send me a message to find out how I can help you!
Do you know what is holding you back?

It may sound completely insane, but most people will stay in their familiar routines, even if they are unhappy in those routines. One of the most insidious fears we can have is the fear of change, more specifically the unknown events we will have to deal with should we make a major change. You may have noticed though that often change is thrust upon us, and we have to make changes within ourselves to survive or thrive in the new contexts. Either way, it's helpful to have the tools necessary to make these shifts much more easily. So which change would you like to make? A change in career or lifestyle? Some people are in unhappy relationships and finally have the desire to do something about it. You don't have to make any of these major changes without something to support you in the process
Why hypnosis works

The world of entertainment has done a lot of injustice to hypnosis over the decades (going as far back as The Secret Agent movie based on Kipling's novel). Add to that the whole area of stage hypnosis as entertainment - the perceptions of hypnosis within the general population keep a lot of people away from getting the help they need to change their lives for the better. As you are reading this right now, the changes are that your brainwaves are operating in the "Beta" range - the range suited to cognitive activity: thinking, decision making planning. While being in beta has it's benefits, in this particular "state" is very difficult to make behavioural changes within yourself. This is where hypnosis comes in. It moves us into one of the other brainwave ranges where it's much easier to resolve past events or create those new habits and beliefs you need to live your best life.By shifting from the Beta brainwave range into Theta (coincidentally where children up to the age of seven or eight spend all their time) you can access to all the resources of your unconscious mind. Resources that might have lain dormant for many years but with the help of the hypnotist can be applied to that change you wish to make now. Ericksonian Hypnosis (the main skill I use) can create profound shifts in you, often in just a single session. The unexpected positive benefits and changes that can happen are well-worth the cost!
why you should choose me

If you have decided that hypnosis is the approach you wish to use to make that change in your life, you are no doubt shopping around to find the hypnotist who you know will be able to work with.If you are like me you work hard for your income, and only wish to hand over a portion of it to a professional hypnotist when you know you have found the right person. On this page, I hope to provide enough information for you to realize that that is me.I've been devoted to my own personal development for a couple of decades now, and it was only after I had made enough progress with my own life that I decided it was time to work with others professionally to help them to achieve their goals.I wanted to train with the best hypnotists out there, so first trained with Stephen Brooks of the British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute, one of the oldest and respected hypnosis schools in the world. Even during my time on the course, practicing with other students, after the students came out of the trance I had led them into, they would immediately ask me when I was going to start seeing clients, which to me was greatly encouraging.Overlapping that training, I also began training with Michael Carroll of the London Hypnosis Academy (whom I had also trained with in NLP in the past) and learned additional approaches to doing hypnosis, before then supporting Michael by coaching and tutoring the students on some of his later courses. Helping other beginning hypnotists to be their best is something that also inspires me.Training in Ericksonian hypnosis is all about treating you the client as the individual that you are, and helping you to make those changes that are fully supportive of your entire life.Read some of the testimonials or go to the booking form:
